Sattvic Date-Tamarind Chutney

You need:

  1. 1 tablespoon tamarind paste
  2. 1 tablespoon date paste (or Jaggery)
  3. ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  4. ½ teaspoon toasted cumin seeds, powdered
  5. ½ teaspoon salt

To make:

Mix all the ingredients. Warm for 5 minutes. Serve with Samosa.
