Sattvic Rice Paper Soup

Use organic ingredients for best results. This recipe is suitable for nirahara samyama and other types of spiritual fasting.

You need:

  1. 4 cups water
  2. 10 rice papers
  3. 1 tablespoon tamarind juice
  4. 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  5. ½ teaspoon turmeric
  6. 1 tablespoon salt

To do:

  1. Warm 2 cups water and break the rice papers and soak it for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat in low flame until the soggy rice paper dissolves.
  3. Add tamarind juice, turmeric, salt, and pepper powder and stir well. Allow the mixture to come to a gentle boil about 5 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with vegan butter.

Serving Suggestions: Rice Paper Soup tastes good with Sattvic Vegetable Rice, Sattvic Beans Salad,  Peanut Chutney .
