You do not need to have it all figured out. You only need to be willing to come back to yourself.
You may be doing everything “right” and still feel far away from yourself.
You are capable. Caring. Thoughtful. The person people often turn to when something needs to be handled.
And yet, it can be easy to lose yourself inside the endless decisions, needs, responsibilities, relationships, and expectations that fill your days.
Perhaps you have noticed that you:
- Say yes before you check what you truly have capacity for.
- Feel responsible for everyone else’s comfort, emotions, or outcomes.
- Know what you need, but struggle to honor it.
- Overthink even simple decisions and seek reassurance before trusting your own knowing.
- Move between doing too much and feeling too depleted to do anything at all.
- Want more peace, presence, and clarity, but are tired of being told to simply “prioritize yourself.”
There is nothing wrong with you.
You may simply be out of practice listening to yourself, and leading from what you hear.
The Workshop Promise
In this free workshop, you will learn how to return to your inner authority, without needing to become a different woman first.
During this intimate 60-minute session, you will discover:
Why self-abandonment can look like love, responsibility, or being “the strong one”
Learn the subtle ways many women lose themselves while trying to be dependable, nurturing, productive, and good.
The real reason insight alone does not create change
You may already understand your patterns. This workshop will help you see why awareness must be paired with a grounded practice of self-leadership.
A simple practice to pause before old patterns take over
Learn the Pause. Listen. Lead. framework: a gentle way to interrupt reactivity, reconnect with your inner truth, and choose your next step with more intention.
How to build self-trust one choice at a time
Self-trust is not something reserved for the confident, the healed, or the spiritually “advanced.” It is built through small, repeated moments of honoring yourself.
What Sattvic Self-Leadership really means
Discover a more compassionate definition of leadership: not controlling more, doing more, or becoming perfect, but living with greater clarity, steadiness, integrity, and inner harmony.
You will leave with one practical next step you can use the same day.
Pause. Listen. Lead.

You do not need more pressure.
You need a way to come home to yourself.
Many women try to solve disconnection with productivity:
- A better routine.
- More discipline.
- More self-help content.
- More effort.
- More ways to “fix” themselves.
But you cannot sustainably organize a life that repeatedly asks you to leave yourself out.
Self-leadership begins with a different question:
“What becomes possible when I stop abandoning myself in the moments that matter?”
This workshop is not about becoming less caring, less ambitious, less devoted, or less available to the people you love.
It is about becoming available to yourself, too.
A simple way to begin: Pause. Listen. Lead.
1. Pause
Notice the moment you rush to say yes, over-explain, appease, shut down, or make a choice from fear.
2. Listen
Ask yourself: What am I feeling? What do I need? What is true for me here?
3. Lead
Choose one small action that reflects your values, capacity, and truth.
A real-life example
Someone asks you to take on one more responsibility. The old response may be an automatic, “Of course,” followed by resentment, stress, and exhaustion.
A self-led response can be:
“I want to give this thoughtful consideration. Let me check my capacity and get back to you tomorrow.”
That is not selfishness. It is self-respect in action.
What is Sattvic Self-Leadership?
In yogic philosophy, sattva refers to qualities of clarity, balance, harmony, and steadiness.
Sattvic Self-Leadership is the practice of creating enough inner space to hear yourself clearly, and then letting that clarity guide how you live, choose, communicate, rest, work, love, and lead.
- It is not about performing calmness.
- It is not about bypassing difficult emotions.
- It is not about becoming an endlessly serene version of yourself.
It is about learning how to meet real life with a steadier relationship to your inner voice, needs, values, and capacity.
This is the heart of the work inside The Sattvic Self-Leadership Path: a guided, five-module journey for women who are ready to build a life that no longer requires them to disappear from it.
During this workshop, you will receive a meaningful teaching and practice. At the end, you will also have the opportunity to learn about the next 7-week foundational module for women who want deeper support.
There is no pressure to enroll. Come for the workshop, receive what you need, and decide what feels right for you.
