You need:
- 1 cup rice powder
- ½ cup lentil powder
- ½ cup potato flakes
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ cup chopped cabbage
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup vegan yogurt
- 1 ½ cups water
To make:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Set aside for 30 minutes.
- Grease a pan and add a ladle of dough. Quickly spread the batter in a circular motion.
- Cover and let cook for about 3 minutes.
- Flip over.
- Serve warm.
